In third-century China,

violence and destruction in their wake. Now, well after the fall of the Han
Dynasty, witness the next chapter of the Dynasty Warriors saga.
Embark on a dangerous quest where deadly weapons, kung-fu hand-to-hand
combat and massive armies make for exciting action. Watch the events unfold
at a smooth 60 fps frame rate, simulating the fluid motion of your favorite
martial-arts film. Climb fortress walls, descend into a crowded camp and
escape on horseback. Evade a full-fledged army while defending your allied
military units. Storm the gates of battlefield strongholds, and keep an eye
out for special targets and items that can earn you extra points. Live the
life of a dynasty warrior and do whatever it takes to overcome an entire
army.
In Dynasty Warriors 6, familiar characters return with new weapons
and signature combat techniques. The new Skill Map feature enables you to
choose how your character develops. In addition, the new Renbu attack system
and game controls generate fast combos and wild fighting moves. Unleash them
in intense confrontations, but watch out for advanced Artificial
Intelligence characters that can respond with lethal offensive and defensive
combat tactics. One moment you have the upper hand, the next you're running
from patrol boats and tigers. Meanwhile, thousands of well-trained soldiers
march onward. Flee by swimming and climbing away from danger, and use the
landscape as cover to avoid detection. Let a friend join you in battle in
two-player cooperative gameplay, or vie for the top spot online in Challenge
mode. Should you make it to the top of the online rankings, you'll prove
