The compatibility of PlayStation and PlayStation 2 format software titles for use on the PLAYSTATION 3 varies by model. To find out which version of PLAYSTATION 3 you have, check the serial number at the back of the PLAYSTATION 3 unit. The last seven digit of the serial number is the model number of your PLAYSTATION 3.
