How do I return an item?
You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Opened repair parts or game discs, i.e. original factory shrink wrap removed or tampered, are not valid for return. VideoGameAll.com requires all returns and exchanges to accompany with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; all returns or exchanges without a RMA number may result in delays. If we could not identify received package, it will be returned to sender.

Unopened & Unused Products
Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Gaming systems such as the Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, and limited stock items such as Nintendo Wii Fit are not eligible for a return. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Unopened and unused products returned for exchanges will not be subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the merchandise being exchanged is of similar value. However, merchandise must still be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories.

Repair parts are eligible for a return if the product had not been used or tampered. All original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), miscellaneous parts must be returned in its entirety.

Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.

Return Policy General Guidelines

  • No invoice, No refunds/credits/service.

  • No refunds on opened or used repair parts. All defective repair parts are valid for an exchange for the same item only.
  • Opened game discs, i.e. original factory shrink wrap removed or tampered, are non returnable.
  • 30 days return for all video games (PS1, PS2, PS3, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo DS & DS Lite, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii) and related products (Accessories, Driving Wheels, Games, Controllers, Dance Pads, Mini Sticks, Memory Cards, etc).
  • All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee within 30 days. No refund after 30 days.
  • DOA products are replaced within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product.
  • Non-DOA products are replaced within seven business days of receiving faulty product.
  • Product refunds/credits are completed within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in resellable condition with original, invoice, packing materials and manuals. Any discrepancies could result in delays or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box.
  • All return and exchange shipments must accompany with an RMA number.
  • RMA numbers are valid for ten days. Returned items must match the product authorized for return. We recommend all returns and exchanges The customer must prepay all shipping and handling.
  • No refunds on service charge, labor and shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone.

Refund Guidelines

  • Failure to return all accessories included with product.
  • Failure to return product in its original retail packaging.
  • Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Request Form.
  • Return package is shipped to us via COD.
  • Product has been tampered with.

Replacement Guidelines
Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:

  • Product is no longer covered under our warranty period.
  • Serial label is tampered with or removed from product.
  • Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Request Form.
  • Return package is shipped to us via COD.
  • Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests.
  • Product has been tampered with.

RMA Return Procedures

  • Before returning any item for an exchange or refund, you must write us at rma@videogameall.com or call us at (626) 571-5104 within of 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date. Returns without RMA number will be subject to delays. If we could not identify received package, it will be returned to sender. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty.
  • The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive a refund/credit you must return all items within thirty days of the invoice date with shipping pre-paid.
  • Ship returns / exchanges to VideoGameall RMA Department freight prepaid and print/write RMA Number clearly on the outside of all packages.
  • Include copies of all relevant invoice with package.

General Product Warranties
Warranties for all products sold at Videogameall.com vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Videogameall.com offers 30 days warranty for all dance pad, guitar controller products sold through our web site and over the phone. Limited warranty may be provided by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Please check product description before placing order.  Neither the manufacturer nor Videogameall.com will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.

Shipment Damaged During Transit
Orders damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling are the customer's responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is delivered. If you need to file a claim for damaged goods with UPS or FedEx, be sure that you note the damage on the bill before you sign for the product. UPS can be reached at (800) PICKUPS. FedEx can be reached at (800) GOFEDEX. Claims must be filed within 21 days from arrival date for all FedEx deliveries, and 30 days from arrival date for all UPS deliveries.

I received someone else's order.
In the event that you receive someone else's order, simply contact us at 626-571-5104 for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the items. Please keep the wrong items in its original packaging and do not use items. If you have opened and used the incorrect items that was shipped to you, a 20% restocking fee will apply upon our receipt of the product.

I received the wrong product.
To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 626-571-5104. Claims will only be handled if reported within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs on returning the incorrect product, and also on the new shipment for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you ordered 3-Day Select shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Select shipping on the new shipment. We will provide a return label to return the incorrect product sent.

We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the new shipment to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, a 20%restocking fee will apply upon our receipt of the product.
