Ninja in training venture forth in a new adventure where their help is requested by a maiden. A trio belonging to the mercenary organization MU with members named Genshou, Jyakou, and Rokkaku invade a cave which causes all manner of trouble at a nearby town. A woman named Nazuna reaches out to Konohagakure and Tsunade sends Naruto and Sakura to help her village with the calamity. Similar to previous Naruto RPG games, battles are fought on a 2D field where the ninja take turns attacking and unleashing jutsus. As Naruto makes his way through the adventure, an assortment of comrades may join the party including Gaara, Rock Lee, Chouji, Hinata, Neji, Kiba, Kankuro, and others.
