Videogameall.com usually ship packages by UPS, FedEx, USPS and currently offers the following shipping methods:
- UPS/FedEx Next Day Air - next business day delivery to almost every address in the U.S.
- UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air - delivery by second business day
- UPS/FedEx 3-Day Select - delivery within three business days to the 48 contiguous states.
- UPS/FedEx Ground - guaranteed day of delivery among the 48 contiguous states (5-7 days)
- USPS - Priority mail and standard mail
Due to UPS/FedEx shipping guidelines, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We currently ship internationally to Canada only. Above delivery methods do not include processing time or delivery on weekends and holidays.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico include UPS/FedEx Ground, UPS/FedEx 2-Day, and UPS/FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders must be prepaid by credit card at time of shipping.
Shipping to Guam and U. S. Virigin Islands by UPS Worldwide Express Saver only. Orders must be prepaid by credit card at time of shipping.
Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays cannot be shipped until the next business day (typically Monday through Friday). There is no weekend UPS or FedEx pick-up or delivery.
Address Changes
We will make the necessary changes to your order if the order had not been processed and shipped by UPS or FedEx. Simply call us at (626) 571-5104 and provide your order number as reference. We will not be able to make same day address changes if you contact us by fax or by email. Please note that our daily cut-off time is 9:00 AM PST on a business day. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 9:00 AM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped the next business day.
If the order had been shipped and picked up by UPS or FedEx, we will gladly contact UPS or FedEx and make the necessary changes on your behalf. Please note that there will be a $15 change of address fee assessed by UPS or FedEx for the necessary changes. We will require immediate payment of the change of address fee by credit card before a change can take place. Should you have any questions in regards to UPS or FedEx shipping policies, please contact UPS at (800) PICKUPS, FedEx at (800) GOFEDEX.
Damaged Shipments
Orders damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling are the customer's responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is delivered. If you need to file a claim for damaged goods with UPS or FedEx, be sure that you note the damage on the bill before you sign for the product. UPS can be reached at (800) PICKUPS. FedEx can be reached at (800) GOFEDEX. Claims must be filed within 21 days from arrival date for all FedEx deliveries, and 30 days from arrival date for all UPS deliveries.
International Shipments
The recipient of an international shipment to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and U. S. Virgin Islands may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Videogameall.com fulfills online Canadian orders thru UPS Standard to Canada and UPS Worldwide Express. Videogameall.com fulfills online orders to Guam and U. S. Virgin Islands by UPS Worldwide Express Saver only. We do not ship orders to Canada by US Postal Service. To calculate the required s&h fee for Canadian shipments, simply add the item to the shopping cart, go thru our checkout page, and choose UPS Standard to Canada or UPS Worldwide Express.
